What is EFX?

EFX is a wearable holographic technology designed to maximize performance and improve overall wellness.


What does EFX stand for?

EFX is a play on the word “effects”, as in “Feel the effects of EFX.”

What do I do if I received the wrong product, color, and/or size?

Please fill out the product exchange form, and send it in to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

How long will the holograms last?

The EFX dots will not lose their programming unless they are destroyed. You can even cut the dot in half and it will still work! However, some magnets can erase the programmed frequencies. EFX is not recommended to be used in a hot tub. Back to top

Can EFX get wet?

Yes. EFX products are great for water sports and activities! Many EFX customers are swimmers, surfers, wake boarders, water polo players and divers.


What are the holograms made out of?

Ordering/Purchasing:

Are there any retail locations I can purchase EFX from?

A list of all international locations can be found on our “Locations” page. For US locations please contact our customer service department to locate a retailer near you.


Will my personal information be safe by ordering online? Is EFXUSA.com a secured website?

Yes, your personal information will be safe. EFX does not sell or share any information provided.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept all Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. We do NOT accept any other payment methods.


Once my order is placed, how long will it take to ship?

Once the order has begun the fulfillment process it will ship within two (2) business days. Our fulfillment schedule is as follows:

  • Orders will begin the fulfillment process every business day at 8 a.m. (PST).
  • Any order placed after 8 a.m. (PST) will not begin fulfillment until the following business day. For example: An order placed at 1 p.m. (PST) on Tuesday will begin fulfillment Wednesday.
  • An order placed at 7 a.m. (PST) on Thursday will begin fulfill Thursday.
  • And any order placed after 9 a.m. (PST) on Friday will not begin fulfillment until the following Monday.

How do I make changes to my online order (shipping address, color, size, quantity, etc.)?

Please email us ASAP at CSS@efxstore.com. We cannot guarantee all changes will be able to be made, but we will do our best to perform your request. Any changes that affect the total price of the order (changing shipping methods, switching to product with a different price, adding/removing products) cannot be done.

NOTE: Once an order has already begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to ANY make changes. Please see question above for fulfillment schedule.


How can I cancel my order?

Why was my order declined?

The following are the most common reasons for declined orders:

  • Billing address does not match the address that the credit card statements are sent to (billing address must be the same exact address that the credit card statements are sent to).
  • A card information change (such as billing address change) has not taken effect yet (can sometimes take a couple months).
  • Expiration date does not match.
  • Credit limit has been exceeded. Please contact your card issuer to determine the reason for the decline. Once you have identified the issue, you must replace the order.

My credit card transaction was declined, but my account shows I have been charged for the order. Why is that?

When a payment is processed in our system, the money amount of that order is automatically blocked and held from the account whether it is accepted or declined. If the transaction is declined, then the money will remain held for 48 hours and then it will be released back into your account. We assure you, no money is being taken. Back to top

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere USPS and UPS ships to. This includes international shipments.


What carrier do you use to ship?

Customers have the choice of USPS or UPS.


How much is shipping?

Standard Continental US shipping starts at $7.90.

Standard International shipping varies depending on delivery location (average is $20.00-$30.00 for small volume orders)


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • US Postal Service Standard Mail – 3 to 7 days
  • US Postal Service First-Class Mail – 1 to 5 days
  • US Postal Service Priority Mail International – Varies
  • US Postal Service First-Class Mail International – Varies
  • UPS Ground – 1 to 6 days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 days
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited – 1 to 7 days
  • UPS Worldwide Saver – 1 to 3 days

What if I do not receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with an email that contains your tracking information. Please use this information to indicate your order’s delivery status. If your order is sent back to us we will issue a refund upon its return to us.*


You may then replace the order if you choose. If there is no tracking information and it you do not receive it within 20 business days, please email us at CSS@efxstore.com. If your order does not have tracking information, it doesn’t mean it hasn’t been shipped.

*Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.


I placed two orders around the same time; can I get them sent together so I don’t have to pay twice for shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine and ship 2 or more orders to ship. Each order placed must be shipped separately. Back to top

Warranty Replacements, Exchanges, and Refunds

Warranty Replacement Policies and Procedures

EFX Performance, Inc. warrants all wristbands and necklaces to be free from material defects in design for a period 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the EFX product from EFXstore.com or its authorized resellers. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, and EFX reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to refuse such products. Customers must present acceptable proof of original ownership and purchase date (such as original receipt or printed online invoice) for the product.
